A RETENDER for Husky-CNOOC Madura Ltd's (HCML) MDA-MBH field development in Indonesia has put a consortium comprising a subsidiary of Ezra Holdings back in contention for the leased floating production contract.
The Business Times understands HCML is calling companies and consortia previously pre-qualified to participate in the retender.
