S Korea's 20t won stimulus plan lifts builders from 11-year lows

A 20 TRILLION won (S$23 billion) stimulus boost couldn't have come at a better time for Korean builder stocks languishing near 11-year lows.
Hyundai Development Co Engineering & Construction and GS Engineering & Construction Corp rose 3 per cent or more on June 28 following the announcement of the extra budget, which is aimed at creating jobs and supporting the regions.
