Developers' private home sales halved to 536 units in June from 1,058 units in May
DEVELOPERS sold 536 private homes in June this year, down from the 1,058 units in May this year but higher than the 375 units that they found buyers for in June last year.
Including executive condominiums (ECs), which are a public-private hybrid housing form, developers moved 768 units in June, lower than the 1,392 units that they sold in May this year but higher than the 485 units they sold in June last year.
These figures were released on Friday by the Urban Redevelopment Authority based on submissions of housing sales data by developers.
