FRASERS Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT) on Friday afternoon lodged its preliminary prospectus, confirming weeks of market talk that preparation for its listing was well underway.
With 15 cornerstone investors on board, which is more than the usual, analysts likewise expect strong interest in the public offer, which should open on June 10 and close on June 16.
