CityNeon's Victory Hill seen as silver lining for Star (Amended)
Kuala Lumpur
CITYNEON Holdings' "Avengers" and "Transformers" could emerge as Star Media Group's heroes this year, with its projected earnings contributing significantly amid weaker adex spend in a tepid economy that has hit its print operations.
The strong growth projection for Cityneon's Victory Hill Exhibitions (VHE) could be the compensating factor, the possible silver lining in the dark cloud, AllianceDBS Research indicated in a client note on Monday, noting Malaysia's media adex spend saw a contraction of 7.3 per cent year-on-year in April.
