Trendlines associate ET View to be sold for US$16m

ET View Medical, a manufacturer of airway visualisation products in which Catalist-listed The Trendlines Group has a 26.46 per cent stake, is to be sold to Denmark-based Ambu A/S for US$16 million.
Trendlines announced on Wednesday that Ambu, a medical device company that is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Nordic stock exchange in Copenhagen, will make the acquisition through its wholly owned subsidiary Respiratory Systems - Medical Devices (2016) Ltd in a proposed transaction termed as a reverse triangular merger.
