Higher rents, new properties lift Ascendas India in Q4

RENT increases, higher average portfolio occupancy and new acquisitions boosted Ascendas India Trust's fourth-quarter performance.
The business trust, which owns six IT business parks in India, on Wednesday reported an 8 per cent increase in its distribution per unit (DPU) to 1.4 Singapore cents for the period ended March 31, 2016 - to be paid on May 27.
