In payments war, PayPal bears arms for the little guy
PayPal is banking on better fraud protection for merchants in South-east Asia such as freelancers and small-time entrepreneurs
Singapore

This comes as the job market is increasingly choke-full of freelancers in South-east Asia. Small-time entrepreneurs in the region are also striking out on their own through the Internet, reaching across borders, but would want better protection against fraud.
