Stocks to watch: OSIM, SPH Reit, Frasers Centrepoint Limited, GLP
THE following stocks made announcements after the market closed on Monday, which might affect their trading on Tuesday:
OSIM International: The lifestyle product firm's chairman and CEO Ron Sim has raised his offer for shares that he and his family do not own to S$1.39 a share, from S$1.32. This represents a premium of about 38.8 per cent to the volume-weighted average price a share for the one-month period up to the offer. The offer will now close on April 25.
SPH Reit: The trust's managers have announced a distribution per unit of 1.4 Singapore cents for the second quarter, unchanged from a year ago. Gross revenue grew 1.2 per cent to S$53.09 million in the quarter.
Frasers Centrepoint Limited: The firm's subsidiary Frasers Property Australia has sold a fully occupied office building in Victoria, Australia for A$45.5 million ((S$46.8 million)) to BlackRock Asset Management. The property, known as Building 10 at 658 Church Street in Richmond, is fully leased with a weighted average lease expiry of 3.1 years.
Global Logistic Properties (GLP): The company said on Tuesday morning it has successfully completed its planned syndication of a 65.55 per cent stake in the portfolio of US industrial assets that it acquired last year, for US$1.3 billion in cash.
