Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 8.200 points to 1719.790.
Volume was 50.9 million lots worth RM15.1 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 93 to 84.
