US traffic safety regulator seeking more details on Google car crash

THE top US vehicle safety regulator said on Thursday that it was seeking additional details on a recent crash of an Alphabet Inc Google self-driving car in California.
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) chief Mark Rosekind said that the agency is collecting more information to get a "more detailed exploration of what exactly happened".
