STI flat after large swings since January
Property developer OKH Global rebounds as it heads the "actives" list for a second day running

THE Straits Times Index (STI) had a quiet session on Tuesday, and eventually settled for a 0.04 point loss at 2,880.65.
In all, almost two billion units worth S$1.23 billion were traded.
Overseas markets did not provide much direction. The Dow futures slipped marginally, Hong Kong dropped slightly and Europe opened marginally weak.
