Office Reits set to tough out above-normal supply

THE four office Reits which reported quarterly earnings over the last two weeks of January - OUE Commercial Reit, Keppel Reit, Frasers Commercial Trust and CapitaLand Commercial Trust - have averaged a negative total return of 2.4 per cent, going by Tuesday's data from the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
This comes as office Reits offered a dour outlook for their sector, with Singapore's slowing economy weighing on demand in the second half of 2015.
