Sim Lian's Wandervale EC more than 40% oversubscribed

SIM Lian Group received 750 e-applications for its 534 available units at the Wandervale executive condominium (EC) as at 5pm on Sunday, the property developer said.

According to the group, the EC in Choa Chu Kang is more than 40 per cent oversubscribed and the application period closed on Sunday.

The balloting and booking date for Wandervale is March 5, 2016.

The units were priced at about S$750-S$770 per square foot on average.

Larger units, such as the three-bedroom premium and four-bedroom units, were the more popular options among potential buyers, the developer said.
