Annica sees changes in chairman and CEO positions
ANNICA Holdings has appointed a new chief executive officer as its chairman and executive director stepped into a new role, it said on Thursday.
The group welcomed Sandra Liz Hon Ai Ling, 49, as its new CEO and executive director. Ms Hon has also been executive director at Malaysian firms GForce Green Energy and Suri Lifestyle since last year and 2013 respectively.
At the same time, Annica's chairman and executive director Edwin Sugiarto resigned from his positions, and was invited by the firm to continue as chief operating officer.
Both changes take effect from Wednesday Jan 6.
Mr Sugiarto, 51, is still assisting the Commercial Affairs Department in its probe of the penny stock crash in late 2013.
