Lippo Malls
LIPPO Malls Indonesia Retail Trust has, through Kuta1 Holdings, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of LMIR Trust, entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with PT Pamor Paramita Utama for the acquisition of Lippo Mall Kuta, a three-storey retail mall located in Kuta, Bali. The purchase consideration is 800 billion rupiah (S$81.6 million). The total cost of the acquisition, including acquisition fee and value-added tax, is estimated to be S$92.7 million.
