Focus on 'human dimension' of entrepreneurship: Liang Eng Hwa

SINGAPORE needs to focus on developing innovation and entrepreneurship in its people to prime itself for future growth, said Liang Eng Hwa, chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee for Finance, Trade and Industry, on Wednesday.

To do that, he suggested a three-pronged approach - refine the education system, foster a vibrant community of innovators and encourage life-long learning.
