CHAN Heng Chee, one of Singapore's top diplomats, will lead a high-level, inter-governmental-agency delegation to Geneva in January when Singapore's human rights record is due for another review at the United Nations.

This is the second time the Republic's record will come under scrutiny as part of the UN Human Rights Council's (UNHRC) ongoing Universal Periodic Review (UPR).
