SingHaiyi completes Park Mall acquisition

PROPERTY developer SingHaiyi Group said a joint venture it is in has completed the S$411.8 million acquisition of Park Mall.
The mall, located at 9 Penang Road, will be redeveloped into two office blocks with a retail component.
SingHaiyi shares last traded at S$0.095.
