Malaysia: Shares end higher

Malaysian shares closed higher on Tuesday, with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 14.17 points to 1,643.26.
Some 1.62 billion lots, valued at RM1.58 billion, were traded. Gainers outnumbered losers 470 to 353.
