Malaysia: Shares open higher on Wednesday

Malaysian shares opened higher on Wednesday, with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 0.26 points to 1,661.79.
Some 95.5 million lots, valued at RM34.9 million, were traded. Gainers outnumbered losers 159 to 76.
