Rowsley JV to redevelop historic Manchester building

ROWSLEY Limited, as part of an expansion of its hospitality business, has entered into a joint venture to invest and redevelop a historic building in the UK with two former Manchester United football stars.
The firm said on Tuesday that it is investing about £3.2 million (S$6.8 million) for a 50 per cent stake in Fi-nestday Limited, a joint-venture company also owned by former football stars Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs, as well as Sherborne Corporate Services Limited and Kenilworth Consultants Inc.
