Global Logistic Properties

LOGISTICS facilities provider Global Logistic Properties (GLP) has fully leased two development projects in Japan - GLP Atsugi II and GLP Sayama-Hidaka I - ahead of their completion.

GLP Atsugi II, a 74,000 sqm facility located in Kanagawa Prefecture, is expected to be completed in June next year. It has leased space to a leading retailer and a major 3PL service provider UDL.
