AS green offices proliferate across Singapore, will the many existing non-green offices that still form the bulk of the country's building stock - and still consume a lot of energy - become overshadowed or fade into obscurity?
The Building & Construction Authority (BCA) is not willing to allow this to happen, and is encouraging owners to allow the buildings to undergo green retrofit and renovation works.
