URA releases residential sites in Redhill, Sembawang for sale
TWO residential sites have been released for sale by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
The first is at Alexandra View right by Redhill MRT. It is launched under the confirmed list, which means it is on the market immediately. The site can yield 400 units and has a first-storey commercial component.
The site area is around 8,400 sq m. It has a maximum gross floor area of 41,153 sq m. The tender for the land parcel will close at 12pm on Nov 12, 2015.
The second, a residential site at Jalan Kandis, is on sale on the reserve list. It is near Sembawang Park.
It has a site area of around 7,000 sq m and a maximum gross floor area of 9,866 sq m. It can yield an estimated 115 residential units.
Reserve list sites go on sale once a developer lodges a minimum bid that is acceptable to the government.
The sites were released under the second half 2015 Government Land Sales programme.
Both sites have a lease period of 99 years.
