Earnings up 43% for Frasers Centrepoint
Revenue more than doubles to S$1.01b

FRASERS Centrepoint Ltd (FCL) on Wednesday reported a 43 per cent jump in net profit to S$181.4 million for its third quarter ended June 30, 2015. Revenue rose 157 per cent to S$1.01 billion, against S$393.5 million a year earlier.
The higher income was fuelled by project completions in Singapore and China during the quarter, the property firm said. Developers' turnover and earnings tend to be choppy in tandem with project completions and sales.
