Developer sales jump to 1,594 private homes in July from 375 units in June
DEVELOPERS' sales surged to 1,594 private homes in July 2015 from 375 units in June, according to figures released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority on Monday.
Last month's sales figure also marked a big jump from the 511 private homes developers sold in the same period last year. The above figures exclude executive condominiums (ECs), which are a public-private housing hybrid.
Inclusive of ECs, developers moved 2,089 units in July, up from 485 units in June and 562 units in July last year.
