OLAM International said on Monday it has updated its US$5 billion euro medium term note programme established on July 6, 2012. In a filing to Singapore Exchange (SGX), it said DBS Bank, HSBC's Singapore branch and Standard Chartered Bank are the arrangers for the programme. Dealers of the programme are The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, DBS, HSBC's Singapore branch and StanChart. Together with the update of the programme, Olam has issued an updated offering circular dated Aug 21, 2015, relating to the programme and entered into a supplemental trust deed with The Bank of New York Mellon's London branch on Aug 21 to amend the trust deed dated July 6, 2012.
