Municipal Services Office to partner six more town councils
Response time on multi-agency cases has fallen 20 per cent since MSO's launch last October, says its head Grace Fu

THE government's Municipal Services Office (MSO) wants to partner six more town councils in order to expand its scope in improving the level of service to residents on municipal matters.
This follows a successful pilot scheme with two town councils - Jurong and Holland-Bukit Panjang - under which the MSO worked with them on better service delivery in areas such as cleanliness, estate maintenance and broken footpaths.
