Malaysia: Shares end lower

MALAYSIAN shares ended lower on Monday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index slipping 11 points to close at 1,709.76.
Some 2.22 billion lots, valued at RM1.78 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 290 while losers numbered 609.
