SINGAPORE-BASED M&L Hospitality has acquired two hotels in London and Brussels for an undisclosed amount, boosting its asset portfolio to over S$1.7 billion in hotels and commercial properties across the Asia-Pacific and Europe.

In London, it has snapped up the 350-room Heathrow Hotel Bath Road, which was formerly Arora Hotel Heathrow. The four-star hotel is near Heathrow Airport, a key gateway for the city and represents a "significant strategic move" for M&L Hospitality, it said in a press release which was issued on Tuesday.
