Changi City Point boosts Frasers Centrepoint Trust's Q2 results
FRASERS Centrepoint Trust on Wednesday reported a 2.9 per cent increase in distribution per unit (DPU) to 2.963 Singapore cents for its second quarter ended March 31, 2015.
It had paid out 2.88 Singapore cents a year ago.
Gross revenue rose 15.9 per cent to S$47.5 million, mainly contributed by the addition of Changi City Point to the trust's portfolio in June 2014.
Accordingly, net property income rose 14.4 per cent to S$33.5 million.
The distributions will be paid on May 29, 2015. The books closure date is April 30, 2015.
The retail Reit's counter added two cents to S$2.10 on Wednesday's stock market.
