Suntec Reit's Q1 DPU steady at 2.23 Singapore cents
Distributable income rises 10.1% to S$56m; gross revenue and net property income also higher

ARA Trust Management (Suntec) Limited, the manager of Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust, on Thursday announced a distributable income of S$56 million for the Reit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015.
The distributable income grew 10.1 per cent year-on-year, largely attributable to the completion of Suntec City Phase 2, improved contribution from Suntec Singapore and income received from 177 Pacific Highway in North Sydney, said Yeo See Kiat, CEO of ARA Trust.
