MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.06 points to 1852.99.
Volume was 87.6 million lots worth RM36.6 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 143 to 58.
