Further mass demos likely in HK: Legco president

HONG Kong can soon probably expect "another mass demonstration" against the proposed changes in the way that the territory's chief executive is elected, the president of its Legislative Council said in Tokyo on Thursday.
However, Jasper Tsang Yok Sing urged businessmen and visitors not to be alarmed or deterred if students and other protesters take to Hong Kong's streets again over the issue, given that last autumn's demonstrations had been mainly peaceful.
