Straits Trading in deal to sell 14 Holland Collection units
THE Straits Trading Company Limited has entered into a binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Haiyi Holdings Pte Ltd to dispose all the shares of its wholly owned unit Atbara Holdings Private Limited, which is the registered owner of 14 units at The Holland Collection. The agreed collective price is S$53.8 million. Haiyi Holdings, controlled by Chinese businessman Gordon Tang and his wife, is the controlling shareholder of Singapore-listed property developer SingHaiyi.
