Hong Kong forecasts GDP to expand 1-3% in 2015

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong expects its economy to expand 1 per cent to 3 per cent in 2015, the city's financial secretary, John Tsang, said in his annual budget speech on Wednesday.
A Reuters poll of analysts estimated that Hong Kong's gross domestic product would grow an average 2.7 percent this year.
