Hong Kong: Stocks open flat

    [HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks opened marginally lower on Wednesday following more losses in New York as oil prices plumb near six-year lows.

    The benchmark Hang Seng Index edged down 10.07 points to 24,205.90.
