DeClout's Procurri launches global brand; plans to list

PROCURRI, a subsidiary of Catalist-listed tech firm DeClout, launched its global brand, which included a new corporate logo and website, on Thursday. The company, which is involved in IT asset recovery and maintenance services, is also looking to list soon.

The new brand identity follows Procurri's integration of its four subsidiaries -- Procurri LLC, Tinglobal Holdings Ltd, ASVIDA Asia Pte Ltd and Verity Solutions Sdn Bhd -- six months ago. The four subsidiaries are based in US, the UK, Singapore and Malaysia respectively.
