South Korea, Asean to mark 25 years of ties at summit
A vision statement to elevate the existing strategic partnership further is expected at the meeting

THE Association of South-east Asian Nations (Asean) and South Korea are getting ready to celebrate 25 years of relations at a summit to be held in the southeastern port city of Busan later this week.
All 10 Asean leaders are expected to attend the two-day commemorative event on Thursday and Friday that will be hosted by South Korean President Park Geun-hye.
