Singapore: Shares open flat on Wednesday

SINGAPORE shares opened flat on Wednesday with the Straits Times Index losing 1.24 points to 3,318.60.
Volume was 38.2 million shares worth S$55.0 million.
Gainers beat losers 73 to 58.
