Car COEs mostly flat; Cat C slides 13%

Premium for open category also dips as motor industry starts winding down for 2014

    PREMIUMS for the last certificate of entitlement (COE) bidding exercise of the year were largely flat for passenger cars but a significant 13 per cent lower for commercial vehicles.

    The premium for the open category COE also fell as the motor industry seems to be winding down as 2014 comes to an end.
