Keppel Gas to buy LNG from Petronas
Singapore
KEPPEL Infrastructure Holdings has agreed to buy up to one million tonnes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per year, over 10 years, from Petronas LNG, which will help boost Singapore's growing LNG industry.
The group announced on Tuesday that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Keppel Gas, has entered into a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Petronas LNG for the purchase. However, the HOA is conditional upon, among other things, Keppel Gas obtaining the approval and import licence from Singapore's Energy Market Authority.
