THE spike in shipments of US services to Singapore in 2012 failed to follow through last year. Despite sliding, the exports stayed above 2010's levels.
Shipments of Singapore services to the United States also slipped at the same time, the latest trade figures released by the US Department of Commerce show. But it was only a small dip and unlikely to stop Singapore from making steady inroads into the huge US market - an advancement already in progress for the past 10 years.
