Singapore: Shares open higher on Tuesday

SINGAPORE share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the Straits Times Index up 2.90 points to 3,256.14.
Volume was 60.3 million shares worth S$67.4 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 83 to 50
