Modi to states: capitalise on foreign investment boom

INDIAN Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Thursday that US$100 billion worth of foreign investment are knocking at the door of India, asking the states to grab them.
He said that it was the result of his diplomatic interactions with Japan, China and the United States.
