TT Int'l JV to get up to US$50m

TT International's wholly owned subsidiary, Omni Capital Pte Ltd, will get funds of up to US$50 million in the latter's joint- venture firm, Omni Centre Pte Ltd.
Standard Chartered Private Equity Limited, the other joint-venture partner, will inject these funds for shares in Omni Centre Pte Ltd representing up to 49 per cent of the firm's total issued and paid-up share capital on a fully diluted basis.
