StarHub teams up with US-based IO
Partnership a strategic move for joint data centre offering
IN a move that boosts its enterprise business, StarHub on Thursday announced a strategic partnership with IO, a leader in data centre technology and solutions. IO will provide StarHub with its data centre modules that will allow the latter to drive higher efficiency, manage costs and increase speed to market and meet customer requirements.
The two companies will go to market with a joint data centre offering which has been labelled "StarHub Data Centre Powered by IO". Several companies in the financial, media and IT (mostly gaming) sectors are already using this service.
StarHub will use IO's data centre platform as one of the key building blocks in its enterprise offerings, in order to offer a full suite of end-to-end enterprise network solutions.
