Singapore gets it right, mostly: Swee Say

[SINGAPORE] The Republic may experience the occasional hiccup such as public transport breakdowns and a bed crunch at hospitals, but the country does get things right most of the time.

Labour chief Lim Swee Say said yesterday that no one could say they live in a world of zero defects, as things will go wrong from time to time.

But while it may be human nature to be unhappy, it's also important to remember that for each day when mishaps occur, there are many other days when most things go right.
