Shell Aviation wins Seletar fuel contract
It'll be sole provider of refuelling ops, fuel storage management for 10 years
SHELL Aviation has secured a 10-year contract to be the sole provider of refuelling operations and fuel storage management at Seletar Airport, with an option to extend it for another five years.
Airport operator Changi Airport Group had put the tender for a fuel operating licence up for bidding last year, which drew proposals from major players from the aviation fuel industry. Before that, ST-Airport Services provided fuel services at Seletar.
Located at the Seletar Aerospace Park, Singapore's secondary civilian airport supports corporate flights, medical evacuation, international aircraft charters, freighter operations as well as the maintenance, repairs and overhaul (MRO) work.
